This wine comes from grapes that were dried according to the traditional “Appassimento” technique.
Over-ripe barbera grapes are dried according to “Appassimento” method to concentrate the colour and the flavours. A rich, silky Barbera offering a symphony of ripe fruits, blueberry and cherry jam flavors. Velvety tannins, persistent taste, but light (not sticky) on the palate.
