The sparkling rosé wine with its light color of onion skins and fine perlage offers exotic spicy notes and aromas of apricots, apples and ripe grapes.
Its elegant body displays well balanced rich flavors and a surprising deep umami-texture that makes it quite equivalent to a sparkler with alcohol content.
It is vinified from a blend of Welschriesling and Dornfelder grapes.
The base-wine was de-alcoholized by gentle vacuum distillation without the use of heat which preserves its original fruity flavor profile.
