A rich and supple white wine, this exotic varietal offers extraordinary elegance. It shows off a creamy texture and exquisite minerality, underlined by subtle floral flavors of lemon grass and lime. Citric flavors develop over time.
Medium to full body with good concentration and balance and a long finish.
Matured in used 700 lt barrels for 12 months, light toasting.
