This pedigree Pinot Bianco originates in the high altitude vineyards of Eppan. It is straw yellow in color and features a lovely and complex aroma of ripe pears, light and elegant spiciness with a touch of white pepper. Ripe apple, floral notes and a hint of yoghourt round it out in the background. On the palate it is fresh and juicy with lively acidity, has an elegant structurewith fine minerality and a persistent finish.
