Hand picked grapes fermented in 500 l barrels, secondary fermentation in bottle, with 62 months aging, riddled by hand, produces an exceptional, elegant Sekt with a fine mousseux of soft and creamy texture. It features ripe stonefruit and precise minerality owed to the chalky deposits along the Danube river. No dosage. This sekt will have a long life and was awarded “Austria’s best Sparkling Wine”.
