Salmon coloured rosé with a subtle haze. Delicately reductive at first, then aromas of dried blossoms and fresh plums rise wth its elegant mousseux accentuating its complexity and expression.
On the palate rosehips, sour cherries and dried apples with a beautifully embedded acidity.
