Il Bianco From Black to White, IGP
¥4,640 (Inc Tax)
During a walk through his vineyards in 1999, Celestino discovered a mutation: a Rondinella vine had produced white berries in its bunch of red grapes. He propagated this new strain and by selection produced a Rondinella White by 2002. By 2006 he had enough vines to start producing a Il Bianco.
Light green with yellow hues, well structured with a bouquet reminiscent of citrus trees and herbs like mint, it is stout and creamy on the palate with a persisting finish.
