This domaine is the 5th generation with a size of 33 ha including 10 1er crus. Fourchaume 1er Cru is mainly aged in stainless steel with a small portion (20%) aged in wood. It expresses the famous Chablis minerality with a nose of woodash, almonds and talcum powder and possesses a long and flavorful finish.
