A golden colored, complex white wine that features a host of fruit, apples, pineapple, melon, grapefruit, candied oranges, with hints of almonds and a nice mineral salinity. It possesses a creamy texture with a complexity that makes this white wine very suitable to pair with light meat dishes, and deep fried vegetables.
Matured 12 months in oak barrels 28 hl, then 2 years in bottle.
