Pale straw yellow with green nuances. Aromatic aroma featuring nutmeg, elderflower, acacia and pepper. On the palate it is elegant and youthful with pleasant acidity, playful and immensly enjoyable. A touch of salt and minerality marks all wines from the high altitude vineyards (500 m) of Eppan.
