Like an Amarone, or full-throttle Zinfandel. Black-colored, with intense
aromas of blackberries, flowers, spices and tar. Full-bodied, almost
off-dry, with a big, velvety mouthfeel and loads of fruit. Truly a ‘dream’
of a Montepulciano!
This wine’s name, Yume, or ‘dream’ was selected as the vineyards belong to
an association that helps youths recover from drug addiction and our hope is
to see their dreams come true and their lives to be successful. They should
be as strong and firm as this wine.
