We ship to addresses in Japan within 2 – 4 working days. Deliveries to Okinawa and Hokkaido may take longer.
Shipping is free for orders above ¥30,000. Below that, a shipping fee will apply. Several options are available.
Unless otherwise specified, full case lots of one item receive a 10% discount. This is calculated at checkout and shown as a case discount.

Returns are accepted only for damaged products or incorrect items. Please notify us within three days of delivery. If there is a problem with an order, we will work with you on a suitable resolution. A discretionary restocking fee of 5% – 10% may apply to refunds.
